Return Policy:

• You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• You may return opened or used items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom or special order items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at Dazorajewels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
